Midterms are here… and somehow, everything else is still happening too.

Join Black GBA and MBAA for Session #3 of Coffee & Conversations, our recurring series designed to give graduate students a casual, welcoming space to connect, check in, and have honest conversations about what we’re navigating throughout the semester.

This session asks a question many of us have probably thought at some point: Are we doing too much?

Between classes, work, recruiting, leadership, relationships, family, social lives, and everything else competing for our attention, it can be difficult to know when being “busy” has crossed into being overwhelmed. We’ll talk openly about burnout, boundaries, rest, pressure, productivity, and what balance actually looks like when life doesn’t slow down just because midterms arrive.

As always, Coffee & Conversations is intentionally informal and discussion-based. There’s no presentation and no expectation that you have all the answers. Come share your experience, hear different perspectives, ask questions, or simply sit in and listen.

Thursday, October 29th
12:00–1:00 PM
Funger 520

☕ Coffee and refreshments will be provided. Space is limited, so make sure to RSVP through RevConnect. Take an hour, grab some coffee, and give yourself permission to step away from everything else for a minute.

Come for the coffee. Stay for the conversation.
