Catalyst: Presented By Leadershape

Catalyst™, a one-day leadership development program created by LeaderShape, explores high-impact leadership principles that help participants grow with purpose and authenticity. Through self-reflection and dialogue, participants will explore their identities, skills, and group leadership behaviors to better understand what drives them as leaders. By the end of the day, participants will be equipped to turn self-awareness into action and lead collaboratively within the groups and communities they belong to. The target audience for this program is new and emerging leaders.

LeaderShape® has been creating transformational leadership development experiences for 40 years with more than 2500 collegiate partners. Rather than teaching traditional management or title-based authority, its curriculum empowers college students, young professionals, and campus communities to lead with core values, embrace diverse perspectives, and take meaningful action toward positive social change.
